We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, resume, skills, job preferences, and application history. When you connect third-party integrations (such as Gmail or LinkedIn), we access only the data you explicitly authorize via OAuth.
We share your application materials with employers when you apply to their jobs. We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, and email delivery under strict data processing agreements.
You may access, update, or delete your account at any time from Settings. You can disconnect any integration instantly. Contact us at privacy@hirely.com for data requests.
We use industry-standard encryption, secure OAuth authentication, and httpOnly session cookies. We never store third-party account passwords.
